Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number. Tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Nine Ten Vintage is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

Lost Packages in Transit

If a package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at [ninetenvintage@gmail.com] within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier and help resolve the issue.

Resolution may include a replacement shipment or refund depending on the outcome of the carrier investigation.

Delivered Packages and Stolen Items

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

Nine Ten Vintage is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery has been confirmed by the shipping carrier.

If you believe your package was stolen after delivery, we recommend the following steps:

  1. Check with household members or neighbors.

  2. Check around your delivery location (porch, garage, mailbox, etc.).

  3. Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

  4. Report the theft to your local law enforcement agency if necessary.

Customers may wish to choose secure delivery locations, package lockers, or signature-required delivery when available.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [ninetenvintage@gmail.com] with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Shipping 

We currently do ship internationally.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
